Compliance

1.1 SCOPE. Subject to the limitations set forth herein and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Order Form, the Provider may process Customer Content solely to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the Services. 1.2 CONSENT. Customer represents and warrants that it has obtained all rights, consents and notices required under Applicable Law for the transfer of Personal Data to the Provider and its Sub-processors. 1.3 CHANGES. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance thereof.
